The Nags Head pub in Mansfield Road, Nottingham

Six people were taken to hospital with injuries after an assault outside a Nottingham city centre pub.

A 19-year-old man was arrested following the incident in Mansfield Road, close to the Nags Head, which occurred at 5.30am on Saturday, April 28.
Notts Police say the man approached a group of friends outside the pub asking for money.
When they refused, the man assaulted the group before leaving the scene.
A police spokesperson confirmed there were no weapons used in the assault.
The 19-year-old has since been released under investigation and police enquiries are ongoing.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
