A man has been charged with murder in connection with a stabbing in The Meadows, Nottingham.
Police received a report at 9.43pm on November 5 that a man had been stabbed in the chest in Causeway Mews.
The man was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre with serious injuries. The man died in hospital during the early hours of Tuesday, 13 November.
Shaun Gary Thomson, 27, of Causeway Mews, Nottingham, has now been charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on December 5 2018.
The man who died has been formally identified as 37-year-old Neil Thomson.
