Officers investigating an assault in Belper are appealing for witnesses.
The incident was reported to have happened in the early hours of Saturday October 20.
The 18-year-old victim left Hacketts Bar on King Street and walked towards Belper railway station and was approached by a man shouting at him.
After a short struggle in which the victim sustained minor injuries, the attacker ran away in the direction of the Railway Hotel.
He is described as in his early 20s, 5ft 9ins tall and wearing dark clothing with his face covered by a scarf.
