Police have launched an appeal for information following a violent street brawl in Nottingham.

Reports indicate that a group of men fought each other with a variety of weapons, including bats and poles, in Northdown Road, Aspley.

The disorder happened at around 4pm on May 11 (Mon), leaving one individual with minor injuries before those involved left the scene in various vehicles.

Detective Sergeant Chris Berryman, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This type of violence won’t be tolerated and we will do all we can to investigate this incident thoroughly and see that the culprits are dealt with accordingly.

“We believe that the people involved travelled in a number of vehicles, including a black taxi, a grey Audi and silver Volkswagen Passat as pictured.”
