An honorary member of Nottinghamshire’s Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) has passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on Tuesday 18 April.

Iain McCulloch, represented Nottinghamshire on the LTA Council from 1985-2001, became an LTA Honorary Life Councillor in 2002.

During 15 years on the LTA Council, Iain devoted to various roles in different committees such as National Training & International Match, International Events, Community Development, County & Club Development, Calendar, Technical & Research, and Marketing & Sponsorship.

Iain was also the Nottinghamshire LTA County Secretary for 26 years.

His funeral will take place on Thursday 4th May at Plumley Methodist Church, Cheshire at 3.00 pm followed by a family committal and refreshments thereafter at The Golden Pheasant.
