A Concert for Peace is taking place at the War Memorial at Victoria Embankment to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day this weekend.
The event was set up by Nottingham County Council and is taking place on Sunday, May 4, running from 12pm-4pm.
Join for live updates as members of the Nottingham Military Wives Choir, Band of Royal Engineers, and Ukrainian Community Choir all take part in performing for visitors that decide to come along and celebrate alongside them.
Performances should include songs from the wartime era, as well as an encouragement for the audience to get involved and participate.
The event is free to come and watch, and anyone is welcomed to come along to enjoy the music.
Updates will continue between 12pm and 4pm alongside the concert.
Please go to Visit Nottinghamshire for further information on the day.
